In June, 2009, the Division of Environmental in addition to Occupational Disease Control inwards the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) prepared a draft jail energy cell weep upwards security guidance document. Although the document reflected the consensus of the division, it was non released until May, 2017 pursuant to a courtroom order--the effect of a case filed nether the California Public Records Act.
